Abstract
The aim of the master’s thesis is to find out how the teachers supervising creative works are
supported in general education schools. Also what are their needs and expectations regarding
the supervision of creative works. The research problem stems from the fact that few studies
on creative work have been conducted in the past. There is no information about how the
lower- secondary- school teachers see their motivation, needs, and obstacles in becoming a
supervisor; who and how provides the supervisor with the necessary and effective support and
support measures in the performance of this important task.
