Abstrakt
As a part of this thesis a study is carried out, which aims to get an overview of the chatbot usage for educational purposes among University of Tartu students. A quantitative research method and a questionnaire are used for data collection. Almost 400 students took part in the survey, from which 68% declared that they have used chatbots for educational purposes. The usage of chatbot related instructions provided by the University of Tartu is not great, with only one third of the students using the instruction as their source of knowledge. The detailed results of this questionnaire allow University of Tartu to gain an overview of the chatbot usage within students and modify the integration of chatbots with the educational system with more insight.
